Prenatal Lactation Consult

 This is a private, one on one prenatal lactation visit which may be done in your home or through telehealth with a board certified lactation consultant designed for pregnant and expecting parents. Includes a thorough medical history, identifying your feeding goals, assessing your breasts and chest, teaching you how to hand express your milk, the benefits of breastfeeding, chestfeeding, human milk, how your breasts and mammary glands make milk, baby's hunger cues, how to know your baby is getting enough, latching and positioning, milk expression and storage, pump basics as needed, and when to call for help. All clients who sign up for this prenatal consult will be given a password to access exclusive content and videos to help them be successful in their breastfeeding, chestfeeding, human milk feeding journey.

up to 1 1/2 hours - for clients that do not have in network insurance there is a deposit fee of $140 and a superbill will be provided to client to seek insurance reimbursement

in network Aetna, Medical Mutual, and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield patients have no upfront costs and your insurance will be billed directly. If a travel fee is applied, it is not covered by insurance and is the responsibility of the patient.
