In Home Follow Up Lactation Consult

 This in person consult takes place in the comfort of your home. I am taking extra precautions to keep you and your baby safe because your health and well being is my top priority. These include: wearing gloves, frequent hand washing and disinfecting of all equipment used. Masks are required to be worn by everyone 2 years or older for this visit, otherwise please choose a virtual visit. Follow up Consultations include observing a feeding with a before and after weight, assisting with latching and positioning as needed, working with you on a feeding plan as needed, demonstrating proper use of any feeding devices as needed, providing evidence based information and skilled help, a detailed superbill will be given to self pay clients so they may submit for insurance reimbursement, report is sent to your healthcare provider/ your baby's healthcare provider, and referrals are made to additional healthcare providers as needed.

up to 1 1/2 hours - for clients who do not have in network insurance there is a deposit fee of $185 and a superbill will be provided to client to seek insurance reimbursement

in network Aetna, Medical Mutual, and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield patients have no upfront costs and your insurance will be billed directly. If a travel fee is applied, it is not covered by insurance and is the responsibility of the patient.
